@@MrBacon-ou1kw No, even the Raptors swept in the second round lost to a unstoppable Lebron James on a 51 win Cavs team. There were some very mediocre teams in the early 2000s that barely one 50 games and struggled to get out of the conference against teams that won under 50 games. I believe the 2002 Nets won 52 games and were the first seed in a weak east and got crushed in the finals. 2003 Pistons only won 50 games and lost to a 49 win Nets team in the ECF. Those teams had significantly worse records and the Eastern Conference was definitely weaker than it was in 2015 and 2018. While those teams technically made it further or as far as the 2015 Hawks and 2018 Raptors, the Raptors and Hawks were clearly better teams, they just ran into playoff Lebron and were particularly bad match ups because they had no wing personnel to slow him down.

2011 Spurs are needed although they were going against the grit and grind grizzlies 2012 Bulls had the same fate as San Antonio, but that was the last year Rose was truly in his prime 2013 Thunder were victims of the Harden trade and even though they lost to Memphis, they were better even without Harden 2014 Thunder MVP KD. Self-Explanatory 2015 Warriors should be there. They were the first Warriors team to win in 40 years 2016 Thunder would be awesome, although you might consider what they did in the WCF 2017 Celtics would be one of the worst 1-seeds ever but prime IT (not Pistons IT) nearly averaged 30 ppg
