The thing that makes me think all these stories are bs is like the stupid minor details they decide to add. It’s like a kid writing an essay that has to be a certain amount of words lol. Like the first story, saying what kind of snacks they had like trying to fill dead space. Then kind of weird that the neighbor stole stuff from your mom’s room then why was the neighbor in YOUR closet? Makes no sense. Second story I put my sweatshirt on but didn’t want to waste time putting on my pants.

Wait wait... that second one, with the pantsless teenager doesnt make sense. So they're a teenager, with "Parents" (Plural) and just that night, the mom's ex boyfriend gets a burr up his backside? After how many years?

That happens sometimes. There’s a lot of bitter people who do criminal stuff to their ex years later after breaking up. Or her mom started dating the main character’s “new parent” a few months ago or just a year ago, that happens too, their choice. Not many people wait for long to get into a new relationship after a recent break up as far as I know, especially if their previous relationship was with come crazy guy who can come to their house with a knife later. There’s many possibilities for it to be possible, so “doesn’t make sense” is a bit of a strong thing to say. And “Parents (Plural)” doesn’t mean they both parents are their biological parents. The new boyfriend/girlfriend of your parent can be called your second parent, if that’s okay with you both, so the fact that they’re a teenager really doesn’t matter too. They knew the ex, so probably lived with him for some time. There’s a possibility that their mom was not in a relationship with their biological father at the time, had a boyfriend, broke up with him, and got with their father again. Or their “new parent” and that ex are both not their biological father, and they just feel more comfortable calling the new boyfriend the “parent”, and not the ex. OR their parents are divorced and the mom had a boyfriend, and both of the parents came to see their child after the story. Not really important for the story

Used to be one of my favorites, but once you changed the animation style to be like everyone else it just isn't the same, hopefully the originality can come back
