The main topic of the class is only the core of the teaching, you also teaches a lot through the explanations. Your classes are like layers of knowlege wich reinforce each other and the result is a improvement of the students who follow you. I've watched dozens of your videos and also recommended it too.

native speakers usually talk with phrasal verbs: I see them in movies, books and so on. instead of saying " I tried to convince him not to go to the movie, a native says I tried to talk him out of going to the movie; non native says: this couch serve as a bed; a native says this couch goes for a bed; a non native: I and my girlfriend are separated; a native : I and my girlfriend broke up. you can learn all this and much more just in the net, trying the google. hugs greetings from Brazil.

Man! I believe your job is guaranteed for the next 10 years... ('cause there are thousands of combinations of phrasal verbs for us to learn, right?) =D Are there videos telling the origins or word formation concerning phrasal verbs? Why sometimes several words are needed to say one thing or idea?

Hi friends... not for the teachers or producer... for the students... we have to help all these videos, no only with -likes-, we have to see commercial flags because it's the way we support all this ideas. For the teachers... simply ... thanks a lot.

It's more common to say 'get on' rather than 'get along.' I never realized we were the only people that say these things.. Another one is 'I'm over the moon' You could use it saying something like. 'I'm over the moon with my test results' :)
@FernandoSotoD13 жыл бұрын
these lessons are great, i think that phrasal verbs are the most difficult lesson to learn. You should do another phrasal verb video. Here are some suggestions i hear a lot: suck it up, take it up, run into, bring up, make up Greetings
@binuchacko113111 жыл бұрын
i love this type of simple presentation. the style in which you present the topic is commendable. examples are better than the best to understand the meaning. it is understandable to any native speakers in the world.

If you are learning to live in England or studying for an Cambridge exam, its worth noting that 'get on with' instead of 'get along with' is more common. However, both are fine.
