Hello Tim! Very good videos to get a first and deeper idea of how Kafka works. As I get it the Registry and the KsqlDB, are build in the Confluent Platform version to leverage, but on a stand-alone Kafka installation we can install and leverage the benefits of AVRO and KsqlDB independently, with of course the extra work it needs to tune and install :D

11:10 That left outer join is redundant. It is an inner join really as you have a where on the right hand table
