Money advice is subjective, what works for you may not work for me, but it's always better to plan. I'm quite lucky exposed to personal finance at early age, started job 19, bought first home 28, got laid-off work 36 amid covid-outbreak, and at once I consulted an advisor to handle growing my finance. As of today, I'm only 25% short of my $1m goal after 100s of thousands invested subsequently.

I don't really understand why you guys didn't recommend Steph take the news letter approach for her internet pipes. I'd love to have a resource on where to do my own research. Instead of having articles tell me how they interpret the information this would be a resource to do my own research and be able to take my own understanding from the research. Maybe do that aggregation of resources for free. Then have a paid tier to get Steph's take on the information provided in the weekly newsletter. I think it'd be a great offer for people looking for trends to invest in, or where to look for market gaps all in one place given out weekly.

You guys say that you read every comment and I have some feedback about your ads as they appear on Spotify: The adds will start randomly in the middle of some important points that you are making. By the time the ad ends, it will cut back in and I will miss some words or part of what you are saying. I try to rewind to listen to the thought in whole, but then another add cuts in. @@skaglick4507 thanks! you know i looked into this and it turns out that fewer and fewer people are doing traditional burials and are opting for less expensive alternatives, which has reduced funeral home revenue. despite attempts at a roll up, no one has been able to successfully go national, so expansion opportunities are limited. but the biggest thing is per that macro trend, this works while the population ages and then peters off when there will be fewer people in the us by the turn of the century and the median age will be lower. what happens in 30 years when the older population has passed away and there are just fewer people in general? funeral homes, senior housing, managed care, other healthcare verticals, etc. have significant macro challenges that await them. www.census.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2023/population-projections.html
