That's why this study about depression exists. For too long, the church has remained silent on issues of mental health. We want you to know you don't have to be overwhelmed by depression and sadness. And you don't have to be stuck. While recognizing depression is often caused by a medical problem, we also want to offer you a healthy, godly perspective on living fully despite depression.
