I developed a strategy and this strategy allowed me to generate profits for a certain period of time. However, the problem arose when I experienced three consecutive losses, which led to frustration and a strong desire to recoup the lost money. Unfortunately, this impulsive decision resulted in blowing up my trading accounts. As a consequence, I have lost confidence in returning to the market and doubt my capabilities. It seems like taking a long break from the market took me 5 steps back and I need to start all over again meaning from the beginning . If you were facing a similar situation, what steps would you take to move forward?

I think many have had this exact same emotional and psychological reaction. A few losers on the run can kill your confidence and make you question everything. Revenge trading is something everyone has dealt with. What I did was start from 0.01 lots and building up, take a win (At least 1rr) and I go to 0.02, take a loss move back down. Try something like this to build confidence, you're trading with real money but the amounts won't hurt you financially.
