Marie this was not only very entertaining you were able to bring your fun self and your interest in a way that was very inspiring and useful!!! Thank you for this amazing video the lessons I've learned so far while doing business in New York are: - never underestimate the journey, think about every possibility, the good, the bad and the ugly and then create a strategy on how you will approach it - be willing to educate people about things they don't know. Am trying to work with business who have no online presence so I would have to explain the principles and benefits of online marketing first before pitching my idea - get out of your own way: when faced with a 'rejection' I need to keep my 'attitude' in check. How you choose to respond in any given situation will bring light to what you need to let go in order to grow, both on a personal and professional front - be patient: not everybody can see what you see, so be willing to do the work in order to convince them. Do more research, share numbers, ask them what it would take in order to convince them. But most important of all never give up! Don't lose sight of your goal because your inner desire was divinely inspired so it's there for a reason. If you have to wait longer it's because you need to work on yourself first, better your proposal before you attack again. - it's a numbers game: continue to approach companies/brands that are a fit with what you do. JK Rowling's Harry Potter book got rejected a million times before one accepted it and her success speaks for itself. If she was able to get, don't give up because a few said no. Not everybody can recognize the potential of success when they see it - let it go and trust the flow: your vision might not be big enough, so if it doesn't work, ask the Universe to reveal the vision they have for you. Don't limit to what you think you deserve or are worth because most of us tend to underestimate ourselves Have a blessed week and keep up the excellent work Marie! You are awesome :D Much love Jocy

This is a great way to communicate the specific steps to make change within your company. It's easy to complain about what doesn't work. Having the courage and commitment to make a proposal to improve things takes more time, but can lead to good things. Thanks for breaking it down for folks...with beats and giggles.

There are no words to describe how much I loved the spin on this video, so fun. The advice is really great, especially trying not to demean the company but enhancing it with suggestions out of love and interest of growth.

I loved these tips. However, I started at a new company 2 years ago and found a huge flaw. I proposed an idea which could make them more money by reaching out to more clients with an app. 1 year later the idea was incorporated, 6 of my team members were fired, one moved to another part of the office leaving me and my two co-workers with the jobs of 6 people with no raise. Where is my drive now? I want to become an entrepreneur but my ambition is now gone. Can you suggest a video where you share tips or a similar experience to get me back on the entrepreneur wagon?
