Love this information! But wondering why a licensed administrator wouldnt just take over... like, why wouldnt they just work for themselves?

@@teresawilliams3441 because they’d be responsible for owning a business and all that comes with it. Not everybody wants to form a business plan, secure funding, purchase a property, renovate that property, market the property, hire and train employees, etc. Entrepreneurs think that way, but some people want to clock in and clock out 💙
