I base in Canada and recently bought 10 plots of land in Ghana, specifically Sunyani. Man, it took a bold decision to purchase those plots. I am Architectural Technologistully, and it will be helpful for me and my family here in Canada someday. You are doing excellent service to most of us. I like your channel.

I came across your video on Instagram today. I've been looking for some counsel from a coach on how I can build by 30. I'm 25 but will turn 26 in November. I do not want to rent by 30. I believe I can build my own house. I can't believe this information is for free! Thank you.

It doesn't matter if the land is the bush by it if you can afford today will not be the same as tomorrow don't go with the mindset that it is too far the majority of our people especially in black africka lack vision buy the land where ever you can get it cheaply they young people should not just thing of today

I prefer to have a simple nice house and have more money in my bank account, and multiple investments to live a comfortable lifestyle, travel around the world, and also leave an inheritance for my children tha can cushion them during financial crisis. Also I want to have more to be able to maintain and renovate my house every 2-3 years. I’ve seen people living in mansions and still broke that they can’t afford gas for their cars, no emergency fund to even pay for their health care.

Although having money sitting in your bank account may give you a sense of joy, it can be valueless with time without investment. Interest rates are very low and long term deposit will mean your money is making money for the bank. It's best to buy a land or real estate for rentals. Trust me what £20,000 could have done 2 years ago won't be able to do same today.

@@everymanisyourteacher9951 having an emergency fund, saving money, and investing are three different things, all of these are great, it’s very important to always set money aside for emergency expenses, that’s what I mean.

There’s nothing as suicidal as being broke and not being able to get money in case of emergency, this is one critical thing that we don’t pay attention to as Africans when we are building our house, too much unnecessary competition.
