What's the difference in the feel? It's hard to tell from the slow-mo

@@DeletedUser12345 16 returns to batter quicker. Shorter impulse

Nice product hope you guys make them for other firearms.

@@ZensivYT most guns are designed with the correct recoil system length so it’s not possible. Only possible on a PDP because Walther was lazy and used the same guide rod in every gun since the P99

@ ah I get it, maybe that’s why I always thought the pdp’s were snappy feeling compared to other full size pistols?

Is the 16lb spring still significantly softer than the stock spring setup?

Can the 16 pound spring go in the long stroke made for the 4.5 guns? And will it help the slide bang into the ejector less? My ejector has a nice dent in it, although it hasn’t affected the function.

It looks like the 16lb has a quicker return to battery. Which one is softer though?

I was looking at the same thing. The 16lb does return the slide to battery quicker and also causes a little bit more of a nose dive when the slide returns.

reliability wise the 16 lb should be better right? and 14.5 lb is going to be softer feeling?

@@zrtacticalsolutions on a steel frame pdp would the long stroke guide rod cause more wear on the firearm vs a captured guide rod?

You have longer way back by removing the spacer, then it feels like waiting for it to cycle. Now with a heavier spring it closes quicker but it will also slam shut creating more strain on the lock up and it dips down.

Wich would be more reliable for conceald carry

Both will be fine if you maintain your gun and keep it clean. But generally speaking the 16 lb would be more reliable

@@boomee78 agree. If you’re carrying +P, 16 would be better

Too bad you have such a solid grip, sorta mitigates the difference, now a poor shooter might notice it more?
