Will definitely be adding these into the rotation of GMs. Starting to see a positive change in posterior chain with them even though they suck. Train your weaknesses!

Just a general comment... I get that the black bars and narrower aspect ratio look cool, but I've noticed a lot of times that when trying to show things like foot placement or in this case, a band hooked on the bottom of a rack, that it gets cut off or is just hard to see. It's a small detail, but it is noticeable

Oh my god, chains on good mornings! Man, this makes me want chains even more, I need them. I love this, good mornings are a staple for me and I thought I had done a lot of variations but I'm kicking myself for not thinking about the chains. The strength curve on GMs is not so great so that's a life saver.

any recommendations on your back tightening up way to fast. the exercise you are showing would have my lower back so tight, i wont be able to exercise any more. same thing when running.

How about a band around your waist for more glutes contraction at the top part of the movement? I guess that would work aswell, right?

How are the roll over good mornings good for back health, loading with flexion, I thought, was bad. interesting exercise but makes me nervous

Rolling forward through the thoracic spine carries no negative impact on the lumbar spine. Also, he notes that going heavy with these would not be great.
