Yeah, Burak, like Refuka, you are too a treat for our sense, so don't worry. We realised Refika is THE queen in the house. I like the first egg roll, although I am a bit cautious about high animal protein fat after the age of 35. Our metabolism tends to slow down after 35. It can only get worse, over time. But nothing happens if you break the daily routine once a month.
