i was quite happy initially watching the construction ,colours used and the price(1 crore 95 lac) until I saw hte laundry space accessed through your personal space(bed room). Will be glad to know if it can be accessed from somewhere else even if it is done after the house is sold.Secondly ,washroom is too closed off of a space n all I could see is the shower installed right next to the vanity,so all its gonna do is to having splashes all over the vanity given its small showering space too.Moreover,I would be interested in knowing about the gas supply and any close access to market,school or hospital.

House plan is awsom but when rain falls on tempered glass it will create problem as water flow is on room side and if you open room door in mumty that will be awsom so that this room can be used by any famly member as well
