Beautiful location but poorly designed with a terrible layout .. the quality of the toilets and kitchen is very poor .. no wardrobes and no proper parking .. It's not worth the asking price, just my opinion.

Exactly what I was thinking while watching the video. Amazing location but layout of rooms doesn’t make any sense. The kitchen and living area should have been on the ground floor. The metal stairs outside is also a concern because when wet and specially with snow, it can be a hazard.

You seem to be too excited but actually you will be tired soon (as you looked as well), in going from one bedroom (floor) to another. The price is too high for a 5 Marla, up and down exercise and the views which are freely available anywhere in Galyat any way. Please come down on price for a serious buyer.
