I watched video only bcz it was mazhar munir design. Kinnda disappointed. The kitchen (doesn't even have space to add a fridge or any appliance) and bedroom downstairs is so miniature. Could have easily moved three bedrooms upstairs by eliminating the living and kitchenette space on 1st floor. Ground floor could have easily been good size kitchen (with laundry), dining and living space and upstairs as three bedrooms.
