Love this video. I find it very difficult to find meals that are budget friendly, toddler friendly and actually healthy and this ticks all those boxes. ❤ Also love this new health focus you seem to have. It would be great to do a video on some health food hacks like the teas you have been making or extra ingredients you have been using for extra benefits. 😊

Tip Sophie! Freeze the ginger and just grate it from frozen! 🤩… but they don’t defrost well, so keep them in the freezer xxx

Love this , all looks right up my street! Now the weather has turned the beef casserole will be on tomo's list for dinner and I will work my way through the others. Looking forward to getting my soup maker out too, it's so easy to chuck in the leftover veg and have a healthy meal with no hidden nasties. xx

You should use a pie horn in the stew pie to let the steam out or at least cut a hole in the middle or just cook the puff pastry on its own to place on the top of the pie when it’s cooked .😊

I make homemade chips all the time and anything that can boost the flavour I will be willing to try. So you recommend adding Apple Cider Vinegar to the Par Boiling water. What a delicious stew! I make a ginger tea elixir for sore throats and upper respiratory conditions: Peel and chop a finger of fresh raw ginger and steep in a cup of very hot water for 12-15 minutes and add a teaspoon to tablespoon of ground turmeric (I use organic). Then add the fresh-squeezed juice from a whole lemon and raw honey to sweeten before drinking. Drink four times throughout the day and you will feel better the next day. The healing properties of all four ingredients work together. Must use raw honey because otherwise the healing properties are eliminated in processed honey. Get raw honey from the beekeepers at the local farmers markets.
