I know you covered the stickiness with a 2nd piece of clear tape. But could you just stick it to a page using the exposed sticky instead of having to glue it down? I know you would have to do it immediately after creating. Otherwise, it would stick to a place you didn't want. My friend says I'm an overthinker & try to find alternative methods. Guess I should just watch & not ask questions. Sorry. You are very creative & I'm so glad I stumbled onto your channel. Love your creativity. Thanks for sharing.

SO COOL! I have all of the tools except the wide tape and the saran wrap. I will definitely try all of these methods. I hadn't thought of any of them because I just got my gel plates. I really liked the ideas you showed us on what to use these for because it was like you were reading my mind "What would I do with these after I made them? Thanks for sharing.

Can I ask what you use these clear prints for?

Hello! Other than the examples I showed at the end, I have used them mostly as tip-ins for my journals. I attach them with washi normally.

Would an acetate sheet work?

I love this! Can't wait to try it! For the envelopes, did you cut the print to the correct paper size before you laminated it to make sure the edges were sealed? Or did you just use the contact paper or label paper for those?
@CreatedandMadeStudios Жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you! I actually did it both ways. It is best to cut it to size first but the only time I had edges unseal was when I was using a thicker paste and/or had too many layers in my lamination sandwich. Even then I was still able to use the items - The edges actually unsealed on the small envelopes I showed with the basket weave pattern. I did that one with modeling paste, label paper and then laminated it so it was actually pretty thick and it did unseal but I just went ahead and split it and ended up with 2 sheets instead of 1. The other two envelopes I showed did not unseal. But, of course the more cutting, folding, scoring and manipulating, the higher the chance it can come apart. Thank you for asking, I did mean to mention this in the video!
