Super fun trail. Not the most extreme or overly tough, just a relentless beating of the body. Looking forward to running the trail in reverse next time when it is not 90+ degrees! It was so hot my rear tire went from 4.5 psi to 7.5 psi a third of the way through the trail.

Yea I just did it about a month ago....75 degrees....I hear anything over 80 is a no go...

Tsp, Rocky Mountain and others sell an adjustable idle screw that allows you to turn your idle up without leaning the bike. Higher idle less stalls, your bike stalls a lot. Unless your bike is not tpi, then I’m not sure why you run such a low idle but each too there own 😬 good vid.

@@Menz890 hmm… yeah, my bike is a carb bike, thankfully! I don’t think it stalls much, but what do I know 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@Menz890 I actually was surprised to hear his bike stalling toward the latter part of the trail as I have never, never, heard BB stall that many times in a row. Idle is set up proper on that bike. Exhaustion and especially heat was playing a toll on everyone and their equipment at the 75% point of the trail. I felt he was just lazy on clutch finger at that point. Watch a dozen or so of his videos with this particular bike and you will se there isn’t an idle issue.

That ‘19 300xc sounds jetted perfect and so is the idle. Sounds like you still have the Mikuni on it? Those Mikunis sound blubbery on the bottom but produce smooth torque. Excellent riding for you as usual! 👊
