There is a TON of sugar in milky way bars. Your body has extreme difficulty trying to keep down all of that sugar when you eat it that fast.

Mateoski Productions Well, yes. But bars like Hershey's and Snickers have considerably less sugar. But 1 Milkyway bars have practically the sugar of 5 regular bar of chocolate. And the fact that it is chewy doesn't help.

I got this as a recommended video from L.A. Beast's 6 Bottles of Syrup Challenge. I thought maybe there was going to be some crazy twist that would make this an actual challenge. C'mon guys. L.A. They're definitely not the same as our Milky Way bars, ours don't have caramel, they're just chocolate and nougat, very easy to slam a large one down in less than half a minute. Those Milky Ways are more like Mars bars by the looks of them. Your show's great though guys, never fails to entertain. Thanks for stickin' around for so long.

For those saying it's just milky ways, the problem is the pure sugar content (and the chewing). After a certain amount of sugar that fast, your body just naturally tries to reject it. When people just casually eat them, it actually takes a lot longer than they think. The puking is only because he pushed it, but it's not all that easy to do either.

I've never eaten 5 milky way bars at a time, but I've DEFINITELY eaten a combination of different candy bars totaling way more than 5. I've eaten entire bags of the mini candybars. This really really would not be difficult for me at all.

Milky ways have caramel in them which can be sticky in your throat. The had to eat 5 of those within 6 mins so they may not have been able to fwt all the caramel down which triggered their gag reflexes. Hope this helps
