I'm severely overweight and have health issues. I've been working out every day for two months. But I just discovered this site two weeks ago and there's not only something for everybody, but something for different stages of a day, for how one feels on a given day. The sheer variety means I can effectively cross train. I'm watching several videos a day and often working out to a couple each day. It's addictive! It's become a valuable tool, joining my food changes.

I do weight training and/or aerobics every single day. But today, I had a backache, migraine, and digestive issues and couldn't do anything, which depressed me. I managed to do a short yoga video of yours, then saw you had a new video. This little 5 min walking isn't just made to order for couch potatoes. It's perfect for someone too sick or injured to do much but wants to at least do something!

I’m a 60 year old woman with MS who is able to do quite a good range of exercising. But there are days when I’m not up to doing too much and I’m really glad to have found your channel because I know, except on the very worst days, that I can manage one of the routines and that I’ll benefit from doing one. I like this 5 minute workout. I found it easy. Your encouragement is appreciated. I work as a crossing guard, 6 one hour shifts a week. I walk 15 minutes to get to the corner. I want to keep moving but I'm uneasy about the winter walking and shifts. One day at a time.! I've been dealing with depression too but I keep pushing myself. I use your collection of past videos. Well, you got me out of my recliner again with this one tonight. Then I did your 20 minute indoor walk that I used to do regularly on hot or cold days, when I couldn't take a walk outside. Winter is coming, but it was 80+ degrees today in St. Louis! Just turned 60 and it feels like both knees are suddenly hurting and joints in them are popping all the time. My body is falling apart! I get dizzy a lot more these days, too. Got any knee strengthening workouts? Love you two! Thanks for being there for all of us.

@@yes2next Oh, the dizziness is due to a medication I'm working on changing. So, do you have any knee strengthening workouts? As I'm aging, my knees are hurting more and my joints seem feeble - pop in an out. Feet, same thing. Helpful workouts? Or stretches? And thank you so so much for your reply!

OK so it’s been a year since I had my surgery on Friday, October 13 and I celebrated a year this year after my surgery I had to come to terms with the fact that OK before I continue let me just clarify I had stage one cervical cancer and was told that I’m cancer free and I have my appointment coming up in November Which you know I’m nervous and I know I have to be calm and everything‘s gonna be fine but I’m going to find out what he says and whether I go back and see him in four months or six months, this will be my six month check up and because of That in the fact that I have psoriasis and if you know anything about psoriasis and you do your research like I have they recommend you to lose weight because it’s it’s better for you and I went looking for videos and I’m so glad that I found your videos your workout. They’re not hard. They’re not complicated. They’re straightforward any of the workouts that you share. If you wanna add weights into it go right ahead I just recently got myself 2 pound weight cause prior to this I was using two water bottles, lol but I still did it. for anybody here that wants not a complicated workout that’s easy whether you’re able to stand or you need to sit in the chair at any point you know you can do that, but don’t put yourself down and don’t give up just like myself, I’m not giving up because one thing I learnt this past week exercise is not bad. It’s not bad. It may take some time to maybe see some results. It’s not gonna happen overnight. it may happen in like couple of months May happen a little longer, but you just don’t give up thank you for doing these videos to help people like myself I never had the drive and I would give up right now. I can’t afford to give up so this is something I have to do for myself I can’t give up because I know that this isn’t bad. It’s a good thing and it’s a good thing for anybody everybody no matter what age you are so if anyone ever thinks that exercise is boring or not for you, you just gotta find your platform and what type of people or exercises you wanna do.

Im 65 but this walking workout is more designed for people in their 80s (late 80s). Many many people in their 60s are fit and move with agility. Please ladies pump it up. These exercises are for nursing home residents or hospice patients. My goodness 😢
