I think that too, I think that Siyeon likes the sensation. Stretchy soft skin, as she does that not only with Jiu's hands but also with her earlobe. I've also seen that she does it unconsciously, it's like a little habit when she's concentrated on something else, she has tried with Bora, Yoohyeon and other members but all of them after a short time get uncomfortable, Jiu doesn't seem to care, that's why I guess Siyeon takes her as her anti-stress toy lol

Not to read into it way too far but it almost seems like a stimming behavior to me (repetitive, often physical stimulations to ease anxiety/adhd/habit). This dynamic is probably my fave in all of DC. SuA allows Siyeon to do it with her as well, but very few of the others. JiU always allows it and actively encourages it, especially when in public, where it seems to be a bit of an anxiety relief for Siyeon. Best leader and awesome friendship ❤️❤️❤️
