This sounds delicious! Would it work with carob powder and tigernut butter to make it AIP compliant?

I think it might. Just like my chocolate recipe, I will recommend using the Terrasouls brand for caron though as some carob brands don't mix well with coconut oil. In that case using palm shortening can also be an option. Thanks for the question. I will write these in my notes.
