Hands down the clearest explanation I have seen for this in the last 3 days of reading/watching videos on RTK 🙏

Thx man! I'm really new to this stuff. Had to play this at 0.75x speed and pause the vid a few times, but this was really well explained. Some of the technical parts went over my head but I get the main ideas so that's progress.

Truly fantastic video that helps me understand RTK so easily. Btw, can you write the letters more clearly so that I do not have to pause the video for clearing what you're writing?

Will I get under at least 20cm accuracy if a base station sya 50 km away from a rover? I know that it needs to be 10-20km away to get a centimetre accuracy but what kind of accuracy you get if distances are bigger than 20km?

Are there any Ntrip c/c++ libraries that support HTTPS

1:13 - wait...the accuracy of the rover's position will only be as accurate as the one of the base station, hence the use of a benchmark for the base station if you need absolute accuracy...for relative accuracy between several rover position it's ok though.

Im a bit late ... Your presentation is excellent. I expected to see 437k subscribers, not 437. I suscribed.

What is the maximum allowable distance between RTK base and RTK rover in case of a stable real time wireless data link between gadgets?

A rule of thumb I have heard is around 20 km, but I think it probably depends on a lot of things, like atmospheric effects that are situational.

As we all know fish remain in the same location and never move more than 6 inches in their lives, If you cast your lure outside the 6 inch target range you will never catch a fish......or just because ...

Because when you have sunken logs, boats, or various morphological features to avoid underwater a difference of cm is what separates a safe voyage from damaging your boat, to grounding your boat, to becoming a shipwreck. In hydrology international regulation states that you must have an accuracy of
