I'm a total fatass... But there's so many positive changes in my life right now, so I'm using it as an impetus to get back in shape. The school I just signed up at is about 13 miles away- I'll be biking there and back tomorrow, and I'm a bit nervous that it's too much too soon- but we shall see. If it is, these stretches will at least help at some level!

Hmm maybe I need to do this since when I ride my bike I don't have the luxury for warm up because when I leave the house it's already climbing so I end up high pacing without warm up and getting tired early so o do tea break after 10-15 miles then continue on my route and yes the hardest part is that 10-15 miles probably because I don't have warm up

do not let your knees go past your toes on a squat, wrong. also your weight isn't on your heels, you drive THROUGH your heels. Weight should be distributed over the center of the foot while squatting.
