I have not watched Joel Osteen very often one of the reasons is every time I watch him he doesn't open the Bible and actually read the scripture to the people granted everyone should read the Bible for their selves Joel Osteen does care about people but loving people but love tells the truth and the truth is Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life NO MAN COMETH TO THE FATHER BUT BY ME no it is not our job to judge people but we do need to tell them the truth that we call ourselves pastor preacher or Shepherd of the sheep for instance there are people who think that Jesus was just a prophet and that he was not a guy who was crucified died for our sins and I don't hear him talking about that and telling people that something that they really really really really really really really need to hear the , the truth.

Personally I don't think that Joel Osteen could be a Shepherd over the sheep there are too many sheep maybe he needs to get another Shepherd to help with his sheep and teach the word of God if he's not going to do that then don't call yourself a pastor don't call yourself a preacher call yourself what you are a motivational speaker
