Don't fall for nonsense. Just do following 1. Workout 2. Drink water 3. Eat lots fruit 4. Eat a small piece of raw turmeric (haldi) and chana -gur in morning 5. Wash your face as frequent as you can ( normal water than cold water helps) 6. Before and after bed wash with any face wash as per your face type dry or oily. (himalayas neem face wash suit both) Your skin will star glowing naturally. Also haldi will provide a good tone.
