Since I moved to Ohio from Massachusetts, I crave seafood, like crazy. When passing a river, one day...I inhaled, and said that smells SO GOOD, My husband giggled, because I was excited over the scent of river mud! LOL When I found dried seaweed at the store, I was SO happy. I wish I could find it more often. Lately I have been experiencing my left arm falling asleep, and I know it is not my heart, because it happens when my arm is in certain positions. I have been experiencing vertigo, and suspect my neck is the source, because the Epply maneuver did nothing, but an exercise I found online from a Chiropractor, really seems to be helping. Thank you for the mushroom suggestion. I am fond of mushrooms, in general but have never seen the varieties you mentioned. A few years ago, I looked into growing my own mushrooms. Now, I will have to research some of these jewels.

@NerveDoctors6 ай бұрын
Such a good point. When blending it's always best to use the lowest speed possible to achieve the blend. And although you are absolutely correct, there can be some nutrient loss, it's not more than eating vegetables that have been obliterated...I mean cooked (lol) on high heat. Thanks so much for sharing.

I have whooshing in right ear and feel heart beat in head and get radiating pain in my neck, across shoulders, rhomboid area etc. Had prolozone (ozone injections) and they didn’t help, I was hoping they would. I’m seriously fed up with everything nothing has helped whatsoever. The medical service a bloody joke. I feel sad what life has become, I had high hopes when I was younger.
@NerveDoctors6 ай бұрын
Hey Wil. DON'T GIVE UP!! Yes, unfortunately our medical system is in a very sad state of affairs. So, here's the first thing...have you received a diagnosis? What would serve you best is to find a doctor who specializes in functional medicine. This is a doctor that will analyze your entire body and its systems and not just your symptoms. In our medical society, most doctors have forgotten that..."The Knee bone is connected to the hip bone". If you're too young to understand this ditty...it means the average doctor has forgotten that the human body functions together. That's how any problem of the body has to be analyzed...globally. Here's a link to find a functional medicine doctor in your area: www.ifm.org/find-a-practitioner/ Hang in there! Blessings.

@NerveDoctors6 ай бұрын
Hi Patricia. So, when using real nutrients from food, you always want to vary your diet to avoid nutrient depletion. If you can get these foods in several times per week, it's definitely beneficial. Don't worry about consuming mega doses of any one food in particular. It's always best to supplement with a variety of healthy foods.

Hi there. I'm so sorry you're suffering like this. First thing is that you must get your glucose under control and the best way to do this is to alter your diet. I recommend the Healthy Keto diet for all of my diabetics with them eating between 5-8 cups of non-starchy vegetables. Next, you have to get on a good quality nerve support formula to help repair the damage that's being caused by the elevated glucose. Next, you need to incorporate exercise, if it's physically possible for you. If you jump on these tactics, within 6 months you'll see big improvement. I'm going to include a few video links for you to help you: Vital Nutrients for nerve Repair: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYHVpqRqbpKeqbc The right dose: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnywgYCGf7JngLs Is diabetic neuropathy reversible (pt 1): kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaSQiH16aLyCoNU Reversing Diabetic Neuropathy (pt 2): kzbin.info/www/bejne/pp-yeqmOjJ6Er9k

Hi there. I'm so sorry to hear that you're battling the trifecta (MS, PN & TN). First, I want to applaud you for being proactive and adding these incredibly healthy foods to your diet. Now, let me shed some light as to why you haven't seen a difference. I want you to imagine you're building a home and think of your nutrition as the foundation to the home you're going to build. Although the foundation is critical to a good quality home, if you stop building once the foundation has been poured...you still won't have a home. You have to bring in all the other components like framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation roofing, etc. to achieve your home. So, the point I'm trying to make is when you have even one of the issues (like MS) let alone all 3 of these issues, yes, your nutrition is important, but it won't heal your nerves on its own (as you've discovered). Now, please don't stop eating these foods because I can tell you from experience and knowledge that they are helping to slow down the progression of any or all of your conditions. However, you must attack it from all angles. You're going to need Photobiomodulation, a good quality nerve support formula along with a very specific diet (that will include these foods you're already eating) and more. I'm going to include a few links to videos that we've done on this topic that will be crucial for your understanding to conquer these issues. So, PLEASE! PLEASE! do not give up. I know it's scary and frustrating but remember nerves (whether in the central nervous system/brain or peripheral nervous system) are the slowest healing tissues in the body. Here are the video links: MS Patient testimonial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJq4eWyrmb2trM0 Does MS cause Neuropathy? kzbin.info/www/bejne/fma6gKSNgpuae5o Reversing Neuropathy with MS: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4KshnZqj7R0ipI Proven Neuropathy Treatments with MS: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gaHQopKFl7GricU Vital Nutrients for Nerve Repair: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYHVpqRqbpKeqbc The Right Dose: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnywgYCGf7JngLs Healing Nerves with light: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hH-7dah8mJqWfrc
