I understand that you are trying to sell your services and make a profit but don't give out false information. Motivational letters may play a huge role in some countries such as America but in Germany, it is mostly a formality. Maybe there are some schools in Germany considering them vital but it is not as important as you put out. Don't exaggerate it and make it more daunting for people than it already is
