Hi Great vidieo, i feel i got a lot from it and what you said about warming up seems to be true for me as im realy poor at warming up and i also dont get into a run untill about 2k so i geuss i need to get warming up properly in future and see if it helps 👍👍.

Nah, best thing you can do is tempo long runs. They teach your body to clear lactate.

@@adrianomiranda5522 If you are doing a tempo run for 10ks try doing somewhere between 20-40 minutes. If you're new to tempo runs start at 20 minutes and gradually increase your distance 5-10% each week having a deload in your training every 4 weeks. Intensity-wise, try going off at a pace where you can only say a couple of words at a time. Then from here if you have a fitness watch you can start to get a bit more granular and look at the pace/km you're running at, and set targets. Hope this helps. 👍
