very clear explanation, its all about reaction indicators analyze to predict the short trend 1m-40m, higher high lower low shows long term trend 4hour+, dont ever use 1m-5m to define current price structure of the next day,

This is insanely brilliant. Been trading so called "SMC" (and failing of course) for the past 2 years and only recently realize it's all just supply and demand in a hard way. I suddenly have this million questions backtesting upon the awakening and this ONE video answered 90% of my questions (esp. #4). SMC etc are mainly for entries I don't really follow that shit religously I find basic fibonacci, PD levels and supply and demand to work best and FVG or IC

When using premium and discount areas, should it be drawn on the timeframe one trades with or a higher TF? For example, if I trade supply and demand on the 5m, should I be looking long in the 5m discount area or perhaps 15m or 1H?
