As an addendum to my previous comment, could you offer any advice or perhaps make a video about running cables through the floor into a basement/crawlspace and finally through a concrete wall? This will end up being how my cables will need to be run.

As I review upcoming work, I don't think I have anything that would specifically fit the bill here. If you are going through joists that are supporting an upper floor, its probable that you may have some romex wire that an electrician installed during the build of the house, if so, I often follow their pathways, drilling a 1 inch hole in the joist with a paddle bit and keeping my cat6 at least 2 inches away from the romex. Space between joists can be tight, so I have a right angle drill for this scenario, all the major players make one. For the concrete wall it will depend on the type, but a hammer drill with an SDS bit is usually what I need to make it happen. Makita makes the best in my opinion but if this is a one-off maybe just rent or borrow a cordless one. If it is just CMU brick you'll be through it in like 5 seconds of drilling, if it is a form wall or slab you'll be at it for a couple minutes depending on thickness.
