Im making a video about this very topic right now. Prices are down 1-3% in April and 2% i May. But this a slight adjustment that is likely to happe whenever rates go up. We are still in the positive overall in 2022. We saw a decline in multiple offers and more days on the market on average going from 11 to 14. Good sign that the market is SLOWLY cooling.
