Courtney, the hus language for Viking is an older machine language. The current language is vip3. It has been for about the last 20 years.

Oh my girl!! You are so busy and committed!!! Please don’t forget about your family and what they need from you. They really come first before your business concerns. Also don’t forget about your own needs. You need to be your own best before you can help others to be their own best. You can always take a break from all of the craziness to get back to what really matters!!!!

Hi Courtney from the land down under Australia. I got myself a scan n cut a few weeks ago. I have so many die cuts that I love using and so I have been trying to figure out how I can get it onto my scan n cut so I can make my life easier by being able to change the size, flip the image if I want to. If they are plain dies I have success but if it is intricate I can't get it to pick up all the details. Have you got any suggestions on how I may be able to achieve this?

I have the auto blade and the fabric blade. Are the replacement blades different?
@stephstephatron28877 ай бұрын
do you have any videos on creating stencils, particularly fairly intricate ones? I watched another channel who suggested with standard 190mil mylar to increase the pressure from auto to 7 (using the autoblade on a brand new SDX1000) and aim to not let the machine do a second pass -(I couldn't time that being a newbie to this machine), one side of my design came out great, the other side was missing some detail.

Just bought one and is it normal for the matt to have scoring marks on it? I have the setting on auto cut and I can see the marks of the shapes I cut. I only used a few times.
@cassandralytch-colter21339 ай бұрын
Yep, that is normal. Love my SnC, but yes, the mats are a little "flimsy" which is the only issue I find with the machine. So as long g as it is not badly damaged, which I put clear tape on the bottom and kept using it, it will work I wish they sold mats in multi-packs like other brands or someone had a knock off that could be used.

How can I cut rectangles and squares for flying geese on the snc? Do I have to use the quilt templates?

Hi Courtney, I would like to use the original roll feeder w a 5' roll of HTV to cut designs for 25 T shirts. It went in fine with the htv facing in the wrong direction. If I flip it, to the shiny side down, it gets jammed up before it goes in bc the edge is up. HELP !! PLease :-))
