Reasons I, as a pathfinder main, don’t pick the energised ziplines: - it pretty much alerts people of your position and where you are going where a normal one can’t be noticed properly from halfway across the map like that thing can. - down and away is just good. You can get the knock and leave or get highground / reposition - you might as well use a trident. It reduces damage more

For ranked you want to use the energised zip, for pubs you can do whatever… you’ll likely be playing solo anyway

Energized zip is crucial when rotating tho. Taking that less damage when getting to a new spot can make or break a rotation imo

Energized zip can also reduce storm damage and help with riskier rotations that would normally lead to death.

@@WolfNinja008 i NEVER pick the energized zip upgrade. Being able to grapple INTO a fight, get a knock, and then grapple OUT is way OP.

It’s because everyone is playing ranked from plat and above like it’s the ALG finals so getting good position is key. Obviously a lot of people are picking him because he’s just generally fun and good but being held out of zone 2 by 4 teams gets really boring really quick

96,000 kills on Path. He is great, but not because he is unbalanced, but because he is fun. In contrast, Horizon is fun but that damn passive makes playing her so easy. Path is harder.

Pathfinder is underpowered, but insanely fun, that’s why he has high pick rate He has a good tactical, but a bad ultimate, and no passive whatsoever, no real class perks, and no real upgrades Even his tactical, it punishes you for being a good player, this makes no sense (if you don’t know, the further you travel with your grappler the longer it takes to recharge)

Horizon is the most broken legend in the game. Pathfinder takes practice to master the movement. Horizon on the other hand is free movement. No mechanics. Not to mention her broken audio. Horizon as a legend ruined the game for me.

"harder to track" bro if anything this game teaches you about is to not use ziplines while in enemy sight or jump around since you cant really do sht in the air, and your trajectory is predictable, yeah you fooling the noobs but not the pros.
