I would love to read ' How to manage difficult people ' because as you rightly said that these difficult people specially in our professional lives cause a lot of stress. But if I have to choose 1 that would surely be "Radical Candor". This is apt for me at the moment. I struggle a lot in giving feedback to people. Will definitely read all of them through the course of time but at the moment I'm eyeing on 'Radical candor". I always had a problem in saying no, giving negative feedbacks and in a way they did so much harm to me.
