Thanks for the awesome recommendations. Did you have to make reservations to these wineries?
@WanderfulRevolution2 жыл бұрын
None of the ones in this video needed one… BUT Burma’s tours are timed! You can reserve on their website… but this was pre Covid so not sure if it’s changed! Thank you for watching!!!

Vena Cava was really good. Going to give Sol y Barro a try next time we go. I tend to like the smaller more boutique vinateros.
@WanderfulRevolution3 жыл бұрын
We like the smaller wineries too! They have more personality and are just a more intimate experience in our opinion! We definitely want to head make soon to check out more of them!

Enjoyed your video. Looks like you guys had fun. Was planning a trip to Ensenada/Valle de Guadalupe early in the year but of course that had to be cancelled. Noticed you guys got some pretty solid pours while tasting. I've had Vena Cava many times. One of our favorites for sure. Great wines. Salud!

Thanks so much! We can’t wait to go back and try more of the wineries in the area! Vena Cava is definitely a favorite of ours too. Great location and some delicious food on top of great wines. All around win! Hopefully things will get back to normal so we can all plan some new trips! Cheers and safe travels!

Please note that Valle de Guadalupe is the oldest wine area in the Americas. Grape seeds were sent to Chile and to Napa as the Spanish wine was internationalized. Domec winery was a brand that was a preferred wine from Mexico and from Spain due to the low cost and high quality coming from the once slave community of Mexico. Note. The oldest winery in the entire America Continent continent is in the Valle of Guadalupe. Watch the movie "Walking on the clouds" based on This Area. (I believe the winery is active and want to visit).

I love this video!! Thank you for making this tour. How do you get around? Do you rent a car or pay for taxis? Scared of DUIs, so is there a shuttle service? Super curious to get your feedback on the best way to tour these amazing locations.
@WanderfulRevolution3 жыл бұрын
Awwwww thank you!!!! There are shuttles that run tours if you don’t have a designated driver. There are multiple companies that run these tours and make it easy! Thank you for watching!!!

Maybe my expectations were too high, I wasn't too moved with their wine but their bubbly was good. Absolutely loved Troika and hanging out in their outdoor patio area and watch the ducks. :)

We definitely aren’t wine experts haha! But we did enjoy trying out the wines and visiting all of these unique wineries and tasting rooms! Absolutely agree that Troika is amazing! And the food was delicious too.
