I'm not an expert, but I know we don't know a lot about the deepest part of the oceans so the sea creatures in this video are probably just normal animals we haven't seen until now. So no that thing isn't an alien nor is that weird tentacle thing a "spaghetti monster" as for the supposed Cthulu sighting, the roaring can easily be added, the tentacle was photoshopped, the building falling is also photoshopped and the fog was just a rare occurrence. Don't believe me? If something like that happened it would be all over the news for weeks. That guy just photoshopped it to get popular.
