When I was in *third grade* my friend and I used to go on very long walks everyday after school in the woods behind my house. One day, we both spotted a man sitting down in the woods just staring at us a few yards away. I pointed him out to her and said, “Hey, do you see that?” She just grabbed my hand and said, “Run.” We never went in those woods again after that day. Please don’t let your young children go walking anywhere alone, even with friends!!

Daniella Cartisser what else can we expect? It's Texas. Looks like a very shady justice system, based on all the disappearances and murder cases that get shown on KZbin from there. The Brandon Lawson case just stinks of corruption or cover up, based on the known info and how local law enforcement has acted towards the family and the local media in that case.

It's because he has a rock solid alibi of being out of the state with numerous witnesses at the time of the murder. I honestly think the person is walking like that because they're wearing shoes too big for their feet. And I certainly don't buy that she was killed because she walked in on a robbery (nothing was taken, including her iPad, wallet, wedding ring, etc). The person was there with the purpose of killing Missy. That I feel strongly about. And I actually think it might in fact be a woman.

@johnnytsunami91327 жыл бұрын
Come on now. Are you guys really trying to find a way to blame two 14 year old girls for their own murder? The guy that killed them holds no blame? At the time that they took the picture, they may have just found him creepy, so they figured taking a picture of him would be a good way for people to know what he looked like. We don't know what would have happened if one of the girls would have made a call, that might have simply prompted the guy to kill them right then and there. Either way it goes, it's not a good look to find some sort of reason to blame the victim of a crime.

Exactly! That was so strange. It's so hard to understand. And it's creepy, cause it sounds like a strange animal or creature in the background. Very weird.

It’s really annoying that police refuse to release tape because it’s “too disturbing”. Someone who hears the tape may be able to identify something they can’t. There should be no such boundaries when trying to solve a mystery of someone’s death.

With the case of JonBenet, it’s worth noting that a grand jury motioned to indict Patsy Ramsey (the mother), but the judge overseeing the grand jury decided not to take their advice.

On henery McCabes case the auto sounds like there's running water and someone's face is in it trying to keep from inhaling the water. Then they said he had drowned. Maybe someone drowned him and the "stop" was someone getting mad about him fighting back.
@johnhein25396 жыл бұрын
Emily jenson Waterboarding perhaps? It’s trying to imagine the phone being on that’s weird. Was it a butt dial? The torturer being sadistic and wanting to haunt the wife? A desperate attempt from a man that is both drunk and scared? Man do I want this mystery solved. It’s not bears. I’m from Minnesota and they’re not a problem (Black bears are wimps and literally no one is killed by bears here)

I agree with you Emily. When they said he was drowned, I went back to the audio because I thought that was what it sounded like to begin with. It sounds like he throws up, and then it sounds like gurgling in water. Then throwing up and gurgling again. So sad 😢

Henry McCabe case - if your head was being dipped into water/being drowned, while yelling for your life, your breath would create little pockets of air in the water where sound could be heard before gravity making the water rush back to your mouth, in rapid succession. That, paired with the low audio from phone calls, could create that "other-worldly" or "bear" sound.

'Down the hill' sounds like the killer instructing Abigail and Liberty to go down the hill out of sight of the track where he planned to kill them. I definitely believe that man pictured had something to do with it. I've seen some theories where the same man is believed to be seen in the distance hiding behind one of the trees in that last picture of Abby. Such a sad but interesting story.

what they didn't say in the video about the Ramsey case is that they had an open house for Christmas. someone could have never left the party and stayed in the basement. They could have fed her pineapple and made that note. think about it.
@shinobutakatsuki74827 жыл бұрын
Sarah Shadley yes omg yes thats what i was thinking
@patricksmith74926 жыл бұрын
Sarah Shadley That was one theory by the world's most renowned crimslist Dr. Henry Lee and others. He left no stone unturned with evidence collection and analysis. Yet they can't solve it. But nothing ever came of the palm print right above her body. The weird sum of $108,000 demanded in the ransom note was an exact amount owed to his business partner. And who calls themself a "foreign faction?" The four initials at the end of the note was the same four letter of the father's naval base he served at. The note was obviously written to give a less educated appearance (all the guests were well-to-do with high education) and words were purposely misspelled that weren't earlier in the note. It wasn't the father who found her in the small basement room either. It was his good friend (but didn't appear involved). I think the father whose business was having trouble with others knew it was an associate but couldn't say what happened possibly because it would've opened a huge can of worms that would have major criminal implications for him - bad enough for him to stay quiet and move on. Definitely someone they knew and was at that party that night. Nobody breaks into a well-lit house when there's a huge party going on and secretly gets a 5 year old girl out of her bed (on the second or third floor) in those darkest hours of late night/early morning then gets her all the say down to a small room in the basement.

They had a PUBLIC showing of their house! Strangers came & walked through to see the decorations. I think someone saw her, hid in the basement that day in the commotion, or staked the house out later. I can’t imagine having strangers wandering through my house just to show off decor. But, I’m much more guarded than some, I guess.

Tom Owen take personal responsibility for your own safety. Find a martial art/fighting style that is realistic outside of a ring and become good at it. If you can, buy a firearm (legally, obviously) and take classes to learn how to effectively use it. Don't let yourself get beaten by someone else.
