No, the file (dosar) is registered and after it is checked there is another issued which gives you the possibility of giving the vow at the embassy.

Hello and thanks for your reply. Do you mean documents are checked against validity more than once (at the submission phase at ANC and at another phase). I ask this important question because it is typically believed in wide quarters that original documents are only checked at the beginning when the ANC accepts one’s documents and issues one, a DOSAR and the rest is waiting phase till citizenship is granted 2-3 years later provided you are of good standing behavior…
