Thank you Darin,I joined about 5 days ago and everyday I wake up feeling like I should quit,I can't do it,it's not for me. You are inspiring me
@darinkidd6 жыл бұрын
Emba if I said I never felt like that, I would be lying! My 5 days were more like 50! But you know what it's not only been worth it, but 10x over! To be able to control my schedule, have time with my family, make what I earn and not what someone else decides is appropriate and with a company I believe in is just a great situation to be in. Find your "Why". That's the driving force. Why you are doing what you are doing, and the "How" becomes easy.

@@darinkidd Dear Darin, many people are just cruising through live, waiting for things to happen. People are numbed in their comfort zone or reality and forgot about chasing dreams. Sometimes they don't even know their why. How do we help them find their why?
@darinkidd5 жыл бұрын
@@sharenegoh1 I love this! I don't know that you can get everyone there, but you can lead the way and point them in the right direction! I did a video series on Desire and finding your 'Why' and you're right, it's so important! For me it was financial and time flexibility. I love being the Dad on all the field trips!

Hey Darrin How's it going? Great video! My name Is Brian Hines. I recently got back into the network marketing business with a new company. I really believe in the product, company and the comp plan. However, My biggest challenge for me when it comes to recruiting is talking with potential prospects. And the reason is I've got a speech impairment (Stutter)from childhood that's lasted thru my teenage years and also into adulthood. So how does someone like me succeed in the business, If I can't get out my words to speak with people. I believe in networking marketing and know the kind of freedom and financial blessings it can finally bring me and my situation. So what kind of advice and help do you recommend for me? Thanks for your time and cooperation.

Thanks for asking about the most challenging part, the most uncomfortable part for me is that I need to let them know they need to invest, tell the price & SHOULD I GET INTO THE $$$ AMOUNT WHEN I'M INTRODUCING THE PRODUCT AND COMPONY. @feliciadaniels80047 жыл бұрын
I just found your videos and they're amazing! I'm new to your channel so you may or may not have already made a video addressing this but my biggest struggle is how to recruit a cold market. I don't have a warm market. I've been a homebody my entire life and I don't have any friends and what few family members I do have aren't interested in NWM. I just started my business with the company I joined, I'm roughly 3 weeks in and I have zero to show for it. We're living on one small income and having to get help to stay afloat so I'm anxious to start earning and make something happen. And I'm okay with it taking time, I know that's a given, especially with my situation but I don't want it to be wasted time. I'm afraid it'll take me a few months to gain any kind of momentum but over the course of those few months, I don't want to be doing the wrong things when I could be doing the right things to build relationships and contact cold prospects. Hopefully that makes sense. But, my questions is, can you do a video about cold marketing and how to recruit sooner rather than later or point me to a video? Thanks so much!
@NRZMEDIA7 жыл бұрын
Felicia Daniels Gold Afternoon! Everyone has a warm market, and that's always where you start. Have you invited all of your family and close relatives to your 'Opportunity' and had them see the presentation?? Remember never prejudge, also what about your children's teachers, hairdresser, nail salon, the swimming pool, your co-workers, are you in school. The news paper man/woman, etc. It's not easy, however the system is proven. There are professional approaches for all of those scenarios. As long as you are coachable and willing to do the hard work the system works, it's been proven time and time again. Hope this is helpful to you. Much Success!!- TheHipHopMarketer

@darinkidd6 жыл бұрын
You don't want your primary income to come from personal recruiting. You don't want people to feel pressured, and truth be told if they are pressured in to joining you wouldn't want them on your team anyway. You want people like yourself, who believe in your company, believe in working for themselves, and are ready to go! Not everyone will fit and that's OK. Focus on letting everyone know what you do, so if/when they are interested they can consider you. Let them know why your product/service is something to believe in. Build a team. A team of dozens or even hundreds has a lot more bandwidth than a single person, and everyone wins because they get what they earn!

Your "This too, shall pass"...negates all the reasons you gave for moving forward! If my success "will pass"...then why build it in the first place?" That's why you hear people on conference calls saying: "I've been with 5 networking companies...earned a 7-digit income in each one...I "know" what I'm talking about when it comes to building an MLM! They profess company A is the bomb...until it bombs. Then they profess company B is the bomb...until it bombs...and the cycle continues! Yep, there are people making money, but there are 'more' people like you...earning tons more selling "materials!" One day...people 'might' see the light.
