i think the lens sight just clouds the field of view and when not prone or while moving its harder to stay on target and control the recoil if the target is somewhat mid-longer range. the factory just more versatile and the best assault weapon in my opinion at least on xbox.

Daniel, it is certainly a better for close quarter maps but I've even had some success at mid range cause of it's firing rate. Just aim for the crotch, baby. By the time the recoil has pushed up the aim to chest level the guy is dead already.

I actually enjoy the new Patrol Carbine a lot. The hip fire is still good enough to rely on in close quarters, and the scope allows you to not necessarily challenge, but annoy longer-range players. And, as a general rule of thumb, if you’re always shooting at all ranges, you’re bound to snipe someone! It’s really satisfying when you get a really long range kill with it.

It's basically a m1903 experimental with scope, it is scarely accurate, no fricking recoil. But it does require skill to use, medium range works best

Maybe some will come in June like the Burton LMR, but I personally think that the Mosin M38 or the other BAR were here for testing for the new Battlefield game, I mean: why would you introduce a Mosin variant of the 30s when you can just introduce a cavalry variant which was pretty much the same, apart from the sights, and why would you introduce a new BAR in the game if it has only advantages compared to the BAR already in the game ? A lot of signs are hinting that Battlefield V is taking place during WW2 and I think that these weapons will be in this new game, because it doesn't make any sense to introduce them in BF1.

Pull the zoom back on the patrol carbine, and you have one of the best sight pictures for an assault weapon. Add to that, it still has a beast hip fire, and you have a very fun weapon. Not useless Westie.

The Maschinenpistole Experiemental is by far my favorite weapon in BF1. Its so satsifying to use. you can murder people at close range with just 3 or 4 trigger pulls, and even at long range, you can hit people. i got about an 80 meter kill by switching to single bullet fire mode, and counter sniped with it.

Sjogren's slug variant is actually my favorite in all the weapons. I go in close range and hip fire at my enemy's with just two shots, but still retains full two shots even pretty far. Plus it is just a personal feeling to have my favorite sights on the weirdest looking weapon like this, while using my favorite ammo type since Battlefield 3 with the Street sweeper.

Ribeyrolles Optical and Annihilater has become my favorate for mid-range and CQB combat respectively. And every time I pick up M1909, I always wear my gas mask then throw a gas grenade and start annihiting inside the gas.

Call me crazy but I like the patrol carbine, I mean I had low expectations to begin with but, its pretty useful when you need to be an assault to take out tanks and are surrounded by snipers. Its been pretty successful at counter sniping them

That’s not how the Experimental works: its burst rate is capped at 450 bpm, which cancels with the 1200 in-burst rpm to give 900 rpm overall, and the reason each burst is more accurate than the Storm variant is because the spread and recoil increase is applied after every two bullets as opposed to each one.

I've been playing BF1 ever since the first DLC came out. Since then, I have never once bothered with the Assault class because I never thought it was useful objectively. However, once these weapons rolled out I finally decided to try the class for once and roll out the level 1 Assault. The Sjogren Intertial Slug made me actually like the class... sadly I feel as though it still sucks compared to other classes.

The Ribeyrolles was already the best mid-range assault weapon (which is great for the vehicle maps where assault is most useful) and this variant is a straight upgrade. The new Ribeyrolles is the best new gun for assault in this pack

I love the annihilator trench and I have gotten used to the recoil so it is a very good weapon, and it is my new favorite weapon in bf1, since I got used to the recoil I have been top of the score board for all the games I have played, and with best assault score, and most smg kills, so I really like the annihilator.

hey westie huge mistake about that new shotgun! things a skill canon at mid range it will always be a 2 slug kill same as model 10 but can dish it out twice as fast as its semi auto and it keeps the 1 shot headshot kill at mid range for those skilled players dont underestimate the shogren shotgun!!
