Sinister Streets Roofs have no barriers so they dont block trimping players with just a floating barrier above it. They do have safezones so you cant just exploit them to farm. Also unfortunately its too late to fix some issues and i didnt really wanna overdo the background because the map already uses alot of maps (lights cause alot of lag). Some alleyways were blocked off because they were just dead ends and dead ends are just not fun in evade. Also idk if you saw offcamera but there was also another building with an interior not shown (its pretty small though)

All events have lasted for weeks or even months after the holiday it was celebrating passed so yes, that is extremely likely

There haven't been any release dates as of yet for either as far as im aware, but i feel the Halloween event will be any day now while the Overhaul isn't for another long while, maybe in late November - early December? Don't quote me on it because I'm just guessing based on what things have been revealed so far
