高速道路を現行車と同じレベルで走行もNG エンジン冷却対策等されていない、あくまでもノーマル車輌での話です。 1,600ccなら法定速度内(100Km/h)は可能でしょうが、1,200ccは巡航速度90Km/h程度だった筈です。 当時のカタログにも記載されてましたが、追い越し等でやむを得ずの場合を除き巡航速度内での走行をお勧めします。 構造上、＃3シリンダー＆ピストンに損傷が発生する可能性が増します。

この動画、たまたま見掛けて「へぇ？」と思いましたので、一言。 NG行為２はですね、 NGの理由が異なりまして、 シフトカプラブッシュを痛めるのではなく、 「シフト本体やシフト内部のスプリングを痛めるからやらない方が良い。」 ですかね。 純正シフトとハーストシフト、それぞれ理由が御座いますね。 ①純正シフトの場合 シフトロッドのカプラブッシュが痛むと言われているのは、 内部のスプリングが、長年の使用で正常な位置に保持する力が弱まってしまい、 遊びが出来た状態では、シフトロッド側へ力が加わり続けてしまう為、 シフトロッドカプラに負荷が掛かってしまうので、 一般的に痛むと言われています。 そんな状態のシフト本体は、要修理なのですがね。 ②ハーストシフト（ハーストタイプ含む）の場合 こちらは、シフト本体を痛めるから、なるべくならそうした行為はしないが良い。 ですかね。 シフトの構造を理解し、 シフトに手を置く行為で、そこに常にどの様な力が加わるのかを想像されれば、 ご理解頂けるのではないかなと思います。 そんな理由で、 シフトノブに手を置いたぐらいでは、シフトロッドカプラは痛みません。 シフトロッドカプラが痛むのは、 ①シフトロッド自重で自然に経年劣化、変形する。 ②シフト変更時に、ロッドを前後左右に暴れない様に保持しようとし、劣化する。 ③シフトロッドへロッドカプラを装着させる時に少量のグリス塗布を忘れていて、 　前後移動・シフト軸回転時に少しづつ削れ、劣化する。 ですかね。 それでもですね。 シフトに手を置く程度の重みでは、早々に痛むものではありません。 手を置いて、無意識に強い力を加えてしまうので、へたりますよって程度ですよ。 人によって、腕の重みは異なりますから、一概には言えませんが。。。 ただ、シフト部品は金属ですので、金属の可動部分に手（腕）を置いて・・・ 壊れますか？ってところですね。(笑) 故に、 シフトの不具　⇒　シフトカブラ摩耗（これは、そもそも消耗品ね）　⇒　手を置いていたから こんな方程式は、成り立たないんですよね。 そもそも、消耗品のシフトカブラの摩耗を、 手を置いていたからという、「こじ付け」をしただけのお話で御座いますよ。 純正部品に関して言えば、 シフトスプリングがへたる、或いは、シフト本体が痛む可能性があるでしょう。 もし、スプリングがへたったら、スプリングを交換しましょう。 20年以上乗り続けて、同じ部品のままであれば、それはスプリングの寿命ですよ。 スプリングは、状態を保持させる為に、常に縮んでいますからね。 ハーストシフトタイプなら、・・・馬鹿力で一定方向に押さない限り壊れませんよ。 台湾製や中華製で、やわやわな金属でいい加減な精度で造られているならば、あるかも知れませんが。。。(笑) 20年、30年使い続ければ、金属摩耗は生じますから、それはまた別の要因です。 さて、 運転しながら、馬鹿力でシフトノブを押し続ける人って、果たして何人いらっしゃるかなぁ。 と考えてしまいました。 長文失礼しました。
