ನಾನು ಕಲ್ಕತ್ತಾ ಬಾಣಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಅನ್ನದ ಕೈ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ, ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಪಸೆಯು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. 1/೨ ಚಮಚೆ ತುಪ್ಪ ( ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಉಂಡೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕೆದಕಬೇಕು) ಹಾಕಿದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಾಣಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆದಕಲು ಸುಲಭ. ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಲ ಅಂಟಲ್ಲ. ಬೇಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂತರ ತಳ ದ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಯಂಥ ಎದ್ದುಬರುತ್ತದೆ
