5 on 5 Flag Football Plays For 10 Year Olds

I’m starting high school football ball this year and I need the most efficient way to get conditioned, got any tips?

sprint 30 feet, 30 squat jumps, sprint 30 feet, 30 squat jumps... keep doing that 5-10 times and then rest and do again... do that for 30minutes ... after 3-4 sets of squat jumps switch to lunge jumps... after 3-4 sets of lunge jumps switch to burpees ... then swith to pushups ... this should help a lot
