੫ ਪੋਹ ਦਾ ਇਤਹਾਸ
ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੂੰ 8 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਘੇਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਤੁਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਰੀ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਵਜੋਂ ਧਰਮ 'ਤੇ ਝੂਠੀਆਂ ਸਹੁੰਆਂ ਖਾਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ।

After 8 months of surrounding Anandpur Sahib fort, the Turks and the Hindu Hill Chiefs have felt defeat as they have not been able to take over the fort. After discussing next steps, the enemy troops decide to take false oaths on religion as a last option to try get Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji to leave the fort
