Definitely had me at the mention of sauerkraut. Crossing my fingers this will freeze well as I am the only person in this household that likes sauerkraut. I already have the meat so will use my weekly $25 allowance for the vegetables. The ham and noodles is also good because I have the meat and the noodles, will add frozen broccoli instead of the peas but it looks amazing. 🥰🥰🥰

The membrane comes off better for me if you use a knife to lift it at the small end, grasp it with a paper towel and pull. Sometimes you have to start over in the middle, but usually it comes off easily once started. Everything looked delicious.

I’ve never been able to get the backing off ribs. I don’t know if it’s me or the fact I always buy the dirt cheap ribs on sale.

Once you find that "sweet spot" it should pull right off. Some are definitely easier than others!

My instant pot does not even hold 1 rack sadly, ribs were too tall
