I just found your videos and am going through the playlist. I like this idea of a shared universe and look forward to seeing how everything plays out. Not sure if you did this, but doing crew member swaps. Maybe a crew member left on a planet and another player recruited on that planet, so the crew member basically changes ships. I will have to look at your Facebook page to see how the map was done. Thanks for sharing this.

hi yes we intended to do stuff like that but we actually fizzled out before we got to visit each other unfortunately, the curse of all campaigns ive found

Yeah, I started the Facebook group in the Fall of 2019 (I think) with Dan and it was also my channels' first Batrep. I thought it was nuts that there wasn't a group for such an awesome game. It was growing very slowly until the release of 3e. I think I checked before 3e dropped and it was at 139. Today it's 353 with a lot of activity. Thanks a lot for making this episode. I got my wife to listen to it and now she wants to help me make some new 5P batreps. 😀

Brilliant idea!! I heard mention on the FB page. I'm definitely going to follow your campaign. I hope you will make your sector map etc available. I would love to join my group into your universe and I could apply happenings in your campaign to mine. Invasion on Tatooine AAAARRGGHH!!!!

I think the 5psec bug hunt has a shared campaign.. a map with sectors you play solo and Mark the shared map.. not read it yet. So I assume but sound much more military based compare to this

@@WeightofFire yeah, it was just added in. I asked Ivan on some advice for running a co-campaign with a fellow KZbinr and Ivan gave some then figured it was something everyone should have. Pretty awesome!

Are there a variety of weapons, grenades? And what about vehicles, do they have them in this game? Thanks :)

Vehicles only exist in an abstract way and have no in game effect. Quite a wide range of weapons >20 of different types

I loved this episode. I came across the game a week ago, and I fell in love. My setting is in the scifi universe that I started creating as a teenager, and have been building on the story across decades for the last 20 years. The game gives me the possibility to play and watch my own tv series set in that universe. Five Parsecs is a masterpiece of a game! It's fun and a greate narrative tool!
