(1) 小心CD 的counter-party risks (2) Short term 細碼CD 大多冇secondary market (3) Short term CD rate is very close to Bank term deposit

6-8% preferred return, on top of that another 70/30 profit split (70% to LP= investors and 30% to GP= syndicator). 有啲Syndication 有flat rate10% return, no upside.

thank you Rain, you are inspirational. I am grateful for you that willing to share your knowledge

Hi Rain, It’s my first time to watch your video. Very impressive. Thank you for your sharing on the investment skill and your living passion. V positive. Will keep on to cls. About cd laddering, as interest rate is nearly reaching its peak, should we do the reverse side of laddering? ie reducing tenor every 3 months?
Love the book recommendations. Please share more book recommendations.

In Canada, we have online banks that offer 1.25% on saving accounts, e.g. EQ Bank. I assume there are similar offerings in other countries. Would this be considered as a sixth kind of "passive income"?
